The basis for the processing of personal data is: “the sales contract or actions taken at the request of the Buyer, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), the Seller’s legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c)) and the Seller’s legitimate interest consisting in the processing of data in order to establish, pursue or defend possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).”

 

The obtained data is used for the purpose of:

– support the purchasing process, in particular maintaining the contents of the cart, ensuring the security of the customer’s login session and electronic payment;
– enable the use of social media functions integrated with the OknonaKarkonosze website;
– providing statistical data on the Client’s activity on the website, which allows for improvements to the structure and content;
– support marketing activities, measure their effectiveness and adapt the marketing message to the specific preferences of user groups (profiling).
